Return & Refund Policy

At Madzr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including all original tags and packaging.

  • The item must be returned in one package using the same shipping method as the original delivery.

  • Only items shipped within the same country as the original delivery address are eligible for return.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Naturally defective or damaged items are always eligible for return or replacement at no extra cost.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable import fees, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • We do not offer free return shipping unless otherwise stated.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, please contact us at help@madzr.com and provide:

  1. Your order number

  2. Proof of purchase

  3. Photos or video showing the issue (if the item is defective or damaged)

After approval, pack the item securely in its original packaging with a copy of your receipt, and ship it to the following address:

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
